What is the best (and quickest) way to strighten wet, curly hair with a straightener?

I have natually curly hair. I recently bought myself a ceramic straightener with a setting for wet hair and I just love the results I get when I straighten my hair after showering. The problem is that it takes me forever to do. I clip the hair on top of my head and straighten it in sections.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make this process go faster?

I would also love any advice on how to style medium-length curly hair. When curly, it falls just below my shoulders and I'm always at a loss for what to do with it.

You should buy some Frizz Ease and put it through your wet hair, then with a paddle brush dry it as straight as possible. You should be able to zip over it with the straightener, rather than making sure you get each little section.

You could always get a "Wet'2Straight" Straightner they work good.

Baby maby you should let it get alittle dry cause that will steam alot if it is on high. then hold it on one spott than go down slowy on your hair.

Well, one thing you could do is ask someone else to straighten it for you......trust me, it's always faster.
