Makeup ideas???

I love makeup. And i have a pretty good taste in makeup and what colors and whatnot to wear. But...I am bored with my everyday makeup. I normally only have about 5 min for makeup in the morning so i throw on some bronzer, gold eyeshadow, and mascara.

I have glasses (=[). medium brown hair with golden blonde highlights, green eyes, semi-tan.

What other makeup techniques can i use for the days that i have more time. What colors, styles, blushes, lip glosses, etc.

Oh yea, i dont wear eyeliner AT ALL. Long story.

Thanks!!!

I understand not wanting to spend a lot of time applying make-up on a daily basis, but on the days that you do have time, try this routine:

Start with a tinted moisturizer (Stila has a great one) that includes SPF, and allows pretty even but sheer coverage, while giving you a dewy look. Apply it with a good foundation brush (like the one by MAC, or a less expensive one from Sephora)

Use a pink/peach based blush instead of a bronzer (NARS Orgasm is a great shade for almost every skin tone).

Just fill in your eyebrows with an eyebrow brush and some med. brown brow powder (eyeshadow works fine if you apply it with a good brush)- the defined eyebrows will make you look really polished, but not made up. Definitely take the time to pluck any stray hairs beforehand!

Sweep a neutral colored eyeshadow allover your lids and use a highlighter just beneath your brows. If you have time, pick and apply a darker eyeshadow that complements your outfit to the crease of your lids.

Use a really good lip gloss (again, Stila and MAC both make great neutrals and pinks) to give that extra polish and glam without looking like you're headed to the red carpet. If you want to really take it that extra step, get BeneTint by Benefit- it is a deep berry stain for your lips/cheeks. Use a small amount on your lips to stain them, and then all you have to do is re-apply a sheer gloss throughout the day, but you'll have a great color all day.

Finish with your eyelashes; if you're lucky and have long curly lashes, do your normal routine. If however, you're like me and have average length semi-straight ones, use a good curler like the one by Shu Umera and finish with 2 full coats of a good mascara (I actually go less expensive on this- Covergirl Fantastic Lash).

These tips and color choices would really be usable on any day you feel like straying from your normal routine without making it look like you tried SO hard. Afterall, the point is to do more and look better and still have it look effortless and natural. Good luck!!

wear a jade green eyeshadow with a little of the gold as a base. Then put on some coral colored blush. Afterwards, put on some fruit punch colored lipgloss and mascara. Then you're all set.

You might try a lavender/plum/purple color. I worked at MAC during college and my appearance sounds like yours. Those are the suggestions they would give me. They said the purple contrasts the green so it makes your eyes stand out. There is also this mascara by "too faced" that has little fibers in it that help the mascara to extend past your eyelashes to make them longer.
