Hair bun style is it hard to do?
I suggest buying a product called a style whirl. It is a black rubber thing that you slide your hair into, roll up and then snap together to make a bun. It's much easier than any other way, especially when you have short hair.

It's not hard, if your hair is long enough. Pull your hair back, or up, and get it in a ponytail in the area where you want the bun. Twist the pony tail, and it will end up wrapping the hair in a circle. Tuck the ends under the bun, and put bobby pins underneath to hold it in place.
If you want to do a french bun, or roll, pull into a low ponytail at the base of your head, then roll in an upward direction. You can slip the bobby pins in along the side with the "seam", and tuck then ends of the hair down into the top of the roll.
It just takes a little practice!

To hold your hair in a bun use hair pins not bobby pins. Put your hair in a ponytail then twist the ponytail and start to wrap it around the middle of the ponytail and if you want it to be flatter, then press down as you are wrapping. After you have the last section wrapped, put the hair pins in until you feel that it is secure.
